Who's the best team from Carrick that won a Munster club? My vote goes between either the '91 All-Ireland Mosney winning soccer team or the '98 All-Ireland winning Mosney soccer team!!!!!........ ;D ;D ;D

WHOS THE BEST SENIOR TEAM IN CARRICK! Whoever the fuck you are youre some plonker because no1. The swan senior hurling team are f*****g useless and im telling you now that the Davin Team, man for man are better than the swan team id love to see the two off us play each other, an hey either way we will be soon, either we go up senior or ye be f*****g regulated, an I hope ta fcuk ye are coz ye are hanging in there with the last number of years,an you no ye are! But id like to see ye go on an win the u21 after beating us after all we do socialise and work together dont we? I hope Philly Murphy,Mikey Ryan an Noelie Butler can overcome their injuries for sat nite and Richie McGrath a speedy recovery from his recent knee operation. [/img]

no offence carricksmashers but the iraqis will never play senior hurling again and if the swan are relegated they will never get back up again either..if swans get relegated it will only be a matter of time before the clubs amalgamate. do you want to go player for player go ahead and name the davins starting 15 from their last game and i'll name the swans 15 and then we can see whos better than who? ?

You are presenting the inevitable decline of hurling in Carrick. Because of "small men" with pea sized brains Carrick has been in the backwater of Tipp hurling for years. And don't yet again try to defend the situation by talking about South C'ships! The rot is well established and it will take brave people to rescue the situation. But, rescued it must be!!

your right enemy rescued it must be but r3escued without the need for amalgamation- that should be a last resort for the clubs as a town the size of carrick should have 2 clubs(the mollerans hurl in blaahland so i wouldn't count them. ). what would the people that don't make this carrick "super team" do after u21. i for one wouldn't like to be training 8 months a year for 3 or 4 junior games
carricksmashers- was at the davin ballybacon match this evening and man for man ye looked like a junior B team. brendan cummins scored as much as the davins did- he got 3 points.
final score in the match was 1-11 to 3 points..
10 points to no score at half time. cummins hit 2 wides from puckouts in the 1st half with the strength of the wind!!

What about Intermediate and Junior. Many hurlers enjoy their time at this level. The important thing is that Carrick gets some Senior success. That's what give the imputus to grow and develop. Carrick simply cannot afford the nonsense of two clubs in this highly competitive age. As you say elsewhere, drink, drugs and the good life are all competitors so USE WHAT WE HAVE. GET REAl. Time is not with us!!
